He was predeceased by: his siblings, James Chimera, Barbara Chimera and Mary Ann Chimera. He is survived by: his children, Geraldine Chimera of Marlborough, Anthony (Jessica) of Holden, AnnMarie (Theodore Merkel) of Worcester and Richard (Erin) of Northbridge; and his grandchildren, Jordan and Vanessa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Saint Stephen's Church (357 Grafton St, Worcester, MA 01604).
