He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Mallett Sr. and Dorothy P. (Tebo). He is survived by: his wife Alison Mallett (Ordway); his children, Anthony J. Mallett Jr. of Webster, John Leonard of Worcester, Rose Leonard of Worcester, Trevor Mallett of Worcester, Daniel Mallett of Worcester and Kyle Mallett of Worcester; and his siblings, Raymond Mallett, Donald Mallett of Worcester, Linda Booker and Viola Rodriguez of Worcester. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild and many nephews and nieces.
