He was predeceased by: his daughter Anne E. Porcaro; his parents, Matteo Chionchio and Maddalena Chionchio (Grema); and his brothers, Michale, Francesco, Gaetano, Mauro, Caesare and Pietro Chionchio.
He is survived by: his significant other Elizabeth "Betty" Dell'Olio; his children, Anthony M. Chionchio (Barbara) of Worcester, Maria-Elaina Riggieri (William) of Worcester, Michael A. Chionchio of Oakham and Christina A. Townsend (Luke) of Standish, ME; his grandchildren, Erica, Gianna, Jordyn (Mike), Lia, Antonio, William (Kelly), Nicholas (Diana), Matteo, Bianca, Maria-Elaina, Taylor, Giavanna, Vincente, James (Nikki), Andrew (Karlie) and Tony; and his siblings, Raffaela Persi (Luigi), Appolonia Chionchio and Louis Dell'Olio (Laura). He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, many other nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial remembrances in his name be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, 450 Brookline Ave, Boston.
