She was predeceased by: her siblings, Clement O. Carter, Robert W. Carter, Arthur H. Carter and Vivian E. Carter; and her parents, Arthur Ovid and Eva Marie Carter (DuFresne).
She is survived by: her husband Richard L. Crowe of Sturbridge; her stepdaughters, Cheryl Nielson (John) of Arizona and Cynthia Crowe of Arizona; her goddaughter Michelle Fanion of Sturbridge; her sisters-in-law, Jeanne B. Carter and Marcia Carter; her nieces and nephews, Debra M. Seaman (Kevin), Linda J. Sbrogna (Joseph), Denise Allaire (Dennis), Ronald J. Carter, James A. Carter (Kim), Robert J. Carter and Christopher Carter; and her friend Arlene. She is also survived by two step-grandchildren; five great step-grandchildren; 17 Great-nieces and nephews; 13 great-great nieces and nephews.
