She was predeceased by: her husband Hugh D. "Huck" Crawford; her brother Randolph A. "Randy" Forsman, Jr.; and her parents, Dorothy E. Forsman, (Strom) and Randolph A. Forsman, Sr.. She is survived by: her daughter Amy O'Farrell (Kevin); her grandchildren, Sean, Catelyn and Garrett Crawford (Erin); her great grandchild Ava; and her sister-in-law Nancy Forsman.
