He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar J. Richard and Cleola M. Richard (Green). He is survived by: his children, Conor A. Richard (Karena) of New Bedford, MA and Molly K. Goff (Oscar) of Somerville, MA; and his sister Nancy Jacques (Robert) of Springfield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
