She was predeceased by: her sister Mary Belculfine; and her parents, Alton P. MacNutt and Philomena MacNutt (Scarale). She is survived by: her husband Charles V. Pennell, Sr.; her children, James F. Pennell (Susan McDermid) of Grafton and Brenda L. Smith (Stephen) of Worcester; her sister Joan Hogan of Florida; her grandchildren, Vincent C. and Jennifer M. Pennell; her great grandchildren, Bryce, Ryleigh and Raegan; her son Charles V. Pennell, Jr.; and her grandson Adam Smith. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
