She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Soucy and Dorise Soucy. She is survived by: her husband Walter Miller; her siblings, Linda Soucy of Holden, Gerald Soucy Jr. (Patricia) of Auburn, David Soucy (MaryBeth) of Worcester and Paul Soucy (Donna) of Westerly, RI.; her granddaughters, Emily and Meghan Connelly; her nieces and nephews, Amy, Gerry, Nicole, Brian, Erica and Elaina; her godchild Faelynn; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jacob, Mia, Nick, Hazel, Maggie, Tommy, Ryan, Evan, Madalyn and Liam.
In lieu of flowers, gifts in memory of Carol may be made to the Massachusetts Eye and Ear in support of Dr. Stephen Anesi.
