Carole (Jacobs) Jacobson Obituary

We announce the death of Carole (Jacobs) Jacobson of Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 12, 2026, at the age of 90. Carole will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rachael "Rae" Jacobs (Jaffe) and John Jacobs; her husband Don; and her grandson Matthew Jacobson. She is survived by: her children, Laura Jacobson of Holden and Robert Jacobson (Julie) of New Hampshire; her granddaughter Alyssa (Michael Doggett) of Paxton; her great grandchildren, Madison and Teagan; her siblings, Ina Jacobs of Maryland and Harris Jacobs of Worcester; her nieces and nephews, Michael, Monica Thomas, David, Kristie Thomas, Scott and Sara Bondi; and her friend Judy Markowitz.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Jewish Healthcare Center (629 Salisbury St, Worcester, MA 01609). A burial will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Mooreland Cemetery (261 Richards Ave, Paxton, MA 01612).
