She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Sullivan and Ann Sullivan (Kawcab); and her brother John P. Sullivan. She is survived by: her sisters, Diane Lizewski, Carolyn Moore and Elaine Galvin; and her godchildren, Michael, Patrick and Nicole. She is also survived by co-workers, and friends.
