He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Duggan Ann Cowell; and his parents, Charles Duggan and Sirkka Duggan (Hirst). He is survived by: his children, Shannon Duggan of Greenfield and Christina Duggan of Webster; his siblings, Maura Duggan, Thomas Duggan (Noreen Walsh), Attleboro, Sirrka Duggan and Christine Barbera (David); and his grandchildren, BettyAnn Scholnick, Tyler Duggan, Tiana Crisman and Kailee Stovall.
