Dana Jeffrey Hazel Obituary

We announce the death of Dana Jeffrey Hazel of Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 24, 2026, at the age of 51. Dana will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Hazel and Carol Zullo (Stoltz). He is survived by: his children, Delainey Salek-Hazel, Destiney Salek-Hazel, Dalton Salek-Hazel and Deacon Salek-Hazel; his grandson Quincy Salek-Gomes; his sister Allyson Constantine (Hazel); his niece Julia Constantine; and his nephew Jack Constantine. He is also survived by friends and cousins.
