He is survived by: his mother Linda Rivard of North Brookfield; his children, Garrett and Kaila; and his brothers, Scott M. Forget (Carrie) and Derek D. Simpson (Aisha) of Thompson, Connecticut.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
