He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Anita St. Laurent (Ronald St) and Christopher Kilgar (Christine Kilgar) of Worcester; his parents, Weldon Kilgar and Avery E. Laprade (Foss); and his sister Judith Kilgar-Ng. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
