He was predeceased by: his parents, Teddy McCarthy and Dorothy McCarthy; and his aunt Norma Moroz. He is survived by: his son Colby Ivler of Las Vegas; his stepson Jason Ivler of Manila; his siblings, Frederick McCarthy (Jeannette) of Florida, Deidra Lincoln (Paul) of Shrewsbury and Norma McCarthy of Shrewsbury; his uncle Robert Moroz of Worcester; and his cousin Tracey Wik of Chicago. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and dear friends.
