He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jeanne Thomas (Lefebvre); his children, William DiBenedetto, Jr. (Cheryl) of Auburn, Dennis Thomas (Christine) of Auburn and Laura Metcalf of Worcester; his sisters, Diane Thomas of Oxford, Donna Grudziecki (Robert) of Leominster, Debra Bixby (Richard) of Oxford and Darcy Barton (Michael) of Oxford; his uncle Brian Gould; and his parents, Paul L. Jr. Thomas and Alice R. Thomas (Gould). He was also cherished by six grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
