He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Alexandra T. Economou (Gatos); his children, Tony of Worcester, Mark Economou of Worcester and Lainie Petrou (Joseph) of Shrewsbury; his sisters, Florence Barris of Worcester and Goldie Goros (George) of Worcester; his grandchildren, Drew, Kyle, Alexa and Logan; his brother George; his siblings-in-law, Elpida Economou and Emmanuel Barris; and his parents, Charles Economou and Helen Economou (Kentros). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 102 Russell Street, Worcester, MA 01609.
