With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Despina Leasca of Worcester, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 25, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Peter G. Leasca; her children, George P. Leasca (Martha) of West Brookfield, John P. Leasca of Worcester, Karen G. Gogos (Paris) of Millbury and Joanne M. Bilzerian (Alexander) of Holden; her sister Kay Chopas of North Andover; her grandchildren, Christina Pare, Kayla Ramey, Stephen Gogos, Pierce, Evan, Catie Leasca, Alexander, Peter Bilzerian and Maria Hicks; her great grandchildren, Evan, Cole Pare, Dominic, Niko Ramey and Ava Gogos; her brothers, George and Peter Rougas; and her parents, John Rougas and Calliope Rougas (Stappas). She was also cherished by several nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Cathedral.
