He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanne B. "Twinnie" Gervais (Dumas); and his sister Lorraine Vayo of Holden. He is survived by: his daughter LeeAnn Gervais; his grandchildren, Gabrielle and Sydney Gervais of West Boylston; his children, Stephen and Paula Gervais; his grandsons, John Gervais of Spencer and Matthew Gervais (Katie) of Brookline; his children, Nancy and Paul Boisvert of Boylston; his grandchildren, Daniel Boisvert of Worcester and Brittney Thompson (Andrew); his great grandchildren, Scarlett, Blake of Billerica, Emily Camara (Danny), Carolyn and Raymond Parker; his siblings, Raoul (Sonny) of West Boylston, Raymond (Kathy Gervais) of Worcester and Arlene Marengo (Walter) of Boylston; his brother-in-law Robert Vayo; his uncle Porky; Callie of Hudson and Ashley of Worcester. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
