She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Nagle and Phyllis Nagle (Slater); and her brother Timothy Nagle. She is survived by: her daughter Kayla Hazen (Thaddeus Kaliszewski) of Shrewsbury; her siblings, Joseph Nagle and Patricia Lemay; her nephew Curtis Lemay; and her friend Marie Poirier. She is also survived by aunts, cousins, and many lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, Donna Jean's family asks that those looking to honor her memory perform a random act of kindness.
