She was predeceased by: her husband Luis Merced Colon; and her daughter Arlene Colon. She is survived by: her children, Alma Rivera, Carmen Colon and Javier Colon (Yolanda); and her siblings, Luz Maria Garay of New York, Jenny Rodriquez of New York and Raul Quiros of New York. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren 44 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
