He is survived by: his wife Yen Thi Nguyen; and his children, Tien Pham of Camarillo, CA, Thanh Pham (Nhi) of Worcester and Hai Pham Vo (Tan Vo) of Corona, CA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
