He was predeceased by: his parents, Wasyl Kilik and Rose Kilik (Senio); and his wife Mary. He is survived by: his daughters, Sonia Manseau (Robert) of Charlton, Karen Smith (Robert) and Nancy McGorty (Steven) of Grafton; his grandchildren, Nicole, Daniel, Robert, Jacquelyn, Steven and Michael; his great grandchildren, Makayla, Katelyn, Tai, Cole, Mia, Ella and Holly; and his sisters, Sally Noble and Sonia Melican.

Memorial donations in his name may be made to VNA Hospice & Palliative Care (120 Thomas Street, Worcester MA 01608).
