He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry and Mildred (Scott); his son Russell Hultquist; and his siblings, Harry Hultquist Jr., Kenneth Hultquist and Mildred Rondeau.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth B. Hultquist (Kacavich); his children, Kenneth Hultquist (Marie) of Worcester, Brian Hultquist (Dot) of Rutland, Richard Hultquist (Patty) of Worcester and Donna Magarian (Wayne) of Kingman, AZ; and his daughter-in-law Pamela Hultquist of Worcester. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
