She is survived by: her children, Gregg K. Belevick (Sarah "Sally") of Worcester, Allison Belevick of Leicester and Claudia Jalowka (Joseph) of Broad Brook, CT; and her grandsons, Alexander Jalowka (Ashley) and Gregory Jalowka. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.
