He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Elizabeth O'Day (Carey) and William L. O'Day; and his brothers, Stephen Michael, Brian and William Gerald O'Day.

He is survived by: his sister Denise O'Day Barber of Napa California. He is also survived by nieces; a nephew; numerous cousins; and dear friends.
