He was predeceased by: his parents, Neri Bastarache and Margaret Jane Bastarache (Allain); his wife Anna Bastarache (Thibodeau); and his siblings, Teresa McIntyre of Canada, Alexina LeBlanc of Canada, Catherine LeBlanc of Canada and Neri Bastarache.
He is survived by: his daughters, Phyllis Devoe (Robert) of Hernando, FL, Pauline MacAloney (Scott) of El Paso, TX and Joanne Ide (Jeff) of Newark, TX.; his grandchildren, Jennifer Cormier (Chad), Jon Ide (Krystle), Andrew Devoe, Matthew Devoe (Marcelle), Sara Wright (EriK) and Cameron MacAloney; and his great grandchildren, Savanna, Lucas Cormier, Lucy, Penny Wright, Luna and Lyra Ide.
