He is survived by: his children, Chris Burns of Vermont, Eric Sanders of Worcester and Yvonne Burns of Vermont; his mother Betty Madelle (Sleeper) of Southbridge; his siblings, Richard Burns of Worcester and Nancy Madelle of Charlton; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Torrey, Hunter, Brandon, Taylor and Destiny. He is also survived by two great grandchildren and nephews and nieces.
