Pichardo (Bonilla) of Worcester; his children, Gerardo Pichardo, Jr. of Florida, Maria Isabel Pichardo of Boston, Ariel Pichardo of Boston, Bethania Herrera (Nelson) of Rhode Island and Melida Pichardo of New York; his stepchildren, Edison Ramos of Worcester and Ana Diaz (Hugo Luis) of Worcester; his grandchildren, Nelson, Genesis Herrera, Maria Cecilia, Alfredo, Gerardo Roberto, Gerardo Junior, Genexy Maris Pichardo, Sandro, Lisandro Suarez, Kendrycx Kranwinkel, Michael, Sevigny, John Garcia and Gabby Peris; and his great grandchildren, Zoe, Jeremiah David, Alfredy, Matteo, Alfredy Jr., Alex, Joanna Pichardo, Caleb and Kalany Suarez.
