She was predeceased by: her husband Steven P. Theodore; and her sisters, Sofea M. Jarras and Violet Mina. She is survived by: her children, Dean S. Theodore of Worcester and Melissa A. Theodore-Giles (Todd) of Florida.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude PL., Memphis, TN 38105-1905.
