He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Nicholas, Ermioni Savas of Brockton, MA and Theonike Economos of Cranston, RI.. He is survived by: his pets, Pickles, Bash, Greek, Yiayia Nike and Odyssey; his family, Cabo San Lucas, Hilton Head, Hershey Park, Cape Canaveral and Greece; his parents, Dr. Athan Savas and Irene Savas (Economos) of Marlborough, MA.; his brothers, Michael Savas and Andrew Savas (Aransas); his nieces, Savannah and Derby; his aunt Aphrodite; his uncle John Marinake; and his cousins, Nicole and Peter Marinake.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages memorial donations to be made to an organization that helps people overcome substance abuse disease, or to a favored organization of one's choice.
