He was predeceased by: his mother Arline L. Carnevale (Jolly). He is survived by: his father Anthony L. Carnevale of Worcester; his husband Reverend Roberto Ochoa (Robert); his brother Gary Carnevale (Lesa Patrock) of Dudley; his nieces, Stephanie Carnevale and Ashley Mroczka (Sebastian); his great-niece Juliana; his siblings-in-law, Nellie Rojas (Rene), Ida Sylvester (John), Martha Vasquez (Matthew), Jimmy Ochoa and Luis Ochoa (Lourdes); and his nieces and nephews, Melissa Donahue (Matthew), Briana Rojas Gonzales (Steve), Mark Rojas (Anne Pacheco), Erin Vega, Vincent Vega (Veronica), Matthew Vasquez, Jr., Jessica Verhaegen, Joy Vasquez and Marlene Stacey Ochoa Hernandez. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial remembrances in Jim's name can be made to: University Hospitals Seidman's Cancer Center or the Hospice of the Western Reserve, both in Cleveland, OH.
