He was predeceased by: his mother Eleanor Oteri (Dudley); and his siblings, Gregory Oteri, Edith Kelley, Concetta Oteri and Janet O'Neil.
He is survived by: his father Charles Oteri; his wife Kathryn Oteri (Rivers); his children, Taralynne Oteri Fitzpatrick (Chris) of Springfield, Melissa Ellen Carter (Jason) of Wells, ME and Daniel Edward Oteri (Catherine) of Lunenburg; and his grandchildren, Zoey and James. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
