He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. MacWade and Jean MacWade (O'Brien); and his sister Christine MacWade. He is survived by: his wife Melissa MacWade (Forsman); his stepdaughter Ashley Clark; his siblings, John MacWade, Lenore MacWade (Bill Galligan) and Joseph MacWade (Lynne); and his pet Sylvio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and a great nephew.
