She was predeceased by: her husband Jim; and her sister Joan Gannon-Traynor. She is survived by: her daughter Stephanie; and her siblings, Liz Gatturna, Mary Tesmer, Tom Hart and Michael Hart. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
Those wishing to honor her memory are encouraged to make a memorial donation to Fenway Health in Boston, whose mission of providing affirming healthcare and advancing LGBTQIA+ health reflects values that were important to Jane and her family.
