She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond J. MacKoul and Mabel R. MacKoul Assad (Forzley); her brother R. John MacKoul Jr.; and her stepbrother Stephen Assad. She is survived by: her significant other William "Bill" Randolph; her grandchildren, Annabelle Marie and William Bryan Randolph III; and her stepsister Marilyn Keller. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
