He was predeceased by: his mother Frances S. Day; and his brother Christopher B. Day. He is survived by: his father Paul F. Hannan; his sisters, Anne Marie Lourens (Nick) of Hudson, MA, Kathleen Hannan of Melrose, MA and Jennifer Day Khambatta (Gustav) of Hampstead, NH; and his nieces and nephews, Kristen, Melissa Lourens, Emerson and Zach Khambatta.
