She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Patenaude and Marion L. Patenaude (Brunette); her daughter Darlene Sampson; her siblings, James Patenaude, John "Jackie" Patenaude, Jr., Jane Brick and Janet Rawlston; and her grandson John Troy.
She is survived by: her husband Douglas W. Sampson; her granddaughter Ashley Troy of Leicester; her sister Judy Clarke (Dennis) of Worcester; her great grandchild John Robert Hughes; and her close friend Nancy "Mag" Mercier of Oxford. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
