He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Welsh and Jeanne Welsh (Tribull). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Welsh (Sieniuc); his sons, Daniel N. Welsh (Danette) and Matthew J. Welsh (Mackenzie); his granddaughters, Charlotte and Evie; and his siblings, Lori Welsh Martinet (Scott) and Mark Welsh. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
