He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard F. Foster and Ruth E. Foster (Olson). He is survived by: his wife Marguerite Foster (Welch); his children, Joseph J. Foster (Andrea L. Lettic) of Auburn and Sharon L. Foster of Worcester; his brother Paul L. Foster (Cynthia M. Moberg); his granddaughters, Eva Ruth and Lillian Beth Lettic-Foster; and his pet Shamus. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers and sisters in laws, friends.
