He was predeceased by: his brother Donald B. Capuano. He is survived by: his wife Deborah A. S. Capuano (Simoncini); his daughter Cynthia Bradley (Rick) of Palm Coast, Florida; his grandson Andrew J. Bradley; and his sisters, Doreen (Anthony Quatela) and Miss Honey Belle. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
