He was predeceased by: his brother Julio Andres Quezada. He is survived by: his wife Roxana Quezada; his daughters, Alba Nidia Quezada and Yanil Quezada; and his parents, Dominga Carbajal and Julio Alfonzo Quezada Guaua. He is also survived by grandkids, five brothers, three sisters, nieces and nephew.
