He is survived by: his parents, José Alvarez of Puerto Rico and Lucy Joubert of Worcester; his siblings, Luz Alvarez of Worcester, Gissette Alvarez of Worcester and Ramon Alvarez of Puerto Rico; his brother-in-law Axel Hernandez of Bondsville; his siblings' children, Natasha Luciano, Darylis Figueroa, Jadalynn Fenner, Jezebel Gil, Alisha Moronta, Evelyn Martinez, Virginia Martinez, José Alvarez, Jonathan Luciano, Joseph Baez, Parker Paupaw and Brian Fenner, Jr.; his cousins, Joanel Hernandez and Sara DeJesus; and his aunt Vivian Alvarez.
