He was predeceased by: his wife Raymonde Forjette (Fiset); his parents, Joseph O. Forjette and Delia Forjette (Salmon); and his brother Alfred Forjette. He is survived by: his children, Joseph M. Forjette (Mary) of Westborough and Michelle Forjette of Worcester; his grandchildren, Delia, Zachary, Dylan and Quinlan Forjette; and his sister Margaret Boucher of Millbury. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joseph's memory to the National Scleroderma Foundation.
