He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Sally A. Loverin (Michael) of Rutland and Brian A. MacGillivray of Henderson, NV; his grandchildren, Madeline and Gavin; his siblings, Sally M. MacGillivray of Somerville, Susan M. Zendzian (Paul) of Worcester, James A. MacGillivray (Janice), Dr. Peter A. MacGillivray (Ann), William F. MacGillivray, Jr. (Mindy) and Douglas P. MacGillivray of Worcester; his son Dennis M. MacGillivray; and his parents, Dr. William F. and Mary V. MacGillivray (Sweeney). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
