She was predeceased by: her husband John E. Hackett, Sr.; her parents, Marcin Podmostka and Waleria Podmostka (Siwicka); and her siblings, Zygmunt F. Podmostka and Blanche Jason.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Nichols (Jeffrey), Johanna Hackett, Patricia Bruchmann (Ronald) and John E. Hackett, Jr. (Brenda); her grandchildren, David, John, Brian, Joseph Nichols, Alexis, Kyle, Cole and Camden Hackett; and her great grandchildren, Caleb, Samuel, Timothy, Daniel, Molly, Charlotte and Riley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
