She is survived by: her husband William Chapin Child II; her children, Christopher Challender Ovalle Child (Arlene Ovalle-Child) of Boston, Carolyn Elizabeth Rolfechild (Steven Anthony Rolfechild) of Bozrah and Katherine Joy Child of Webster; her granddaughters, Alice Olivia Child of Boston and Daniela Child of Boston; her siblings, Craig Alton Challender (Peggy Epperson) of Farmville, Paul Curtis Challender (Debi Rockley) of Emporia Kansas, Beth Holloway of Wichita and Melinda Latimore of Wichita; her sisters-in-law, Virginia Helman Child of East Providence and Janet Challender of Alexandria, Virginia; and her cousin Aletha Wilson (Jim) of Topeka. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
