She was predeceased by: her husband George Ayik of Worcester. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Fernald of Sterling, Jason Ayik (Maria) of Jefferson and Michael Ayik of Worcester; her stepson Gary Ayik (Darleen Anderson) of Orange City, Florida.; her sister Gail Stevens (John Richard) of Rutland; her grandchildren, Tyler, Jacob, Jason, Madison, Andi, Ryan and Joshua; and her great grandchildren, Tanner and Greyson.
She later attended Quinsigamond Community College to become a Registered Nurse and worked with the Alzheimer patient population.
