He was predeceased by: his son Kevin S. Boudreau; and his brother Paul B. Boudreau. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia A. Boudreau (Spirauskas); his children, Michael K. Boudreau of Worcester and Laura K. Fenner (Scott M. Fenner); and his grandsons, Brayden K. of Worcester and Cameron S. Fenner of Worcester.
