He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank M. Klucznik and Cecilia Klucznik (Witowski). He is survived by: his wife Christine E. Klucznik (Homrok); his children, Kimberly A. Foley (Ryan) of Shrewsbury and Keith A. Klucznik (Danielle) of Worcester; his grandchildren, Declan, Cecilia and Finnegan Foley; and his sister Elaine F. Klucznik. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
